Poliptych vs Capriccio 1
Underground on the Thames foreshore - a place that does not exist. Images from original Poliptych pieces of a car park near the Barbican and Bankside have been combined to create a mythical vision of another London.
The original piece is constructed from 72 separate C-Type prints, individually mounted & sub-mounted to a black base, the whole framed in a bespoke painted wooden box frame. A single reproduction print with a white background is produced in a limited edition of 5 (digital C-Type) and also as a small open edtion (archival ultrachrome inkjet).
